Please Note: Cancellations made less than 48 hours will be void for any refund as we still need to pay performers who were scheduled, this does not include cancellations due to covid or weather. Cast Members undergo day of health inspection before leaving for parties. This includes a temp and symptom check. If you or an immediate family member feel unwell we ask that you reschedule your in person character visits. Our top priority is to keep everyone safe and healthy. MINIMUM 50% DEPOSIT TO BOOK

All Invoices must be paid within 72 hours before the invoice expires. If you let your invoice expire there will be a 10% fee f your total balance added n to your account as an inconvenience fee. Credits for rescheduled events may not be used on holidays. Credits may be applied to other services besides the original booked item. Credits can not be used on discounted services or promos. Must be applied to a full price service.
